As you can see in the images below, they even went as far as to keep my old subscription alive even though I’d upgraded. Had I kept the Premium subscription, I’d have also paid for my Professional subscription! Double dipping. 🙁

Yes I agree, Microsoft takes advantage and seldom any of these fees will be refunded. The web could be better enjoyed without those paleolithic dinosaurs… they believe they still own us with lifetime rights…
