Day 18

Josh at the Frist

What a day – started off a little iffy – really feeling the effects of my BP now – it’s always been a tad high, but since I’ve been off my meds (when I got sick) it’s not been treated and I think it’s starting to wear on me. It’s on the agenda to discuss with my medical team tomorrow morning when I get my PICC line.

Josh & I boarded the shuttle to visit the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. The shuttle takes you close, but we had to walk a bit. Ended going maybe a mile & 1/2 or so. Two major exhibits, one was about WWI, the other was by an artist named Nick Cave who makes ‘sound suits’ among other things. I was particularly enthralled by his work.

Pictured in the featured image is Josh, my son. He’s babysitting me this week. 🙂

Here’s one of the WWI Exhibit:

Bonus: Frist admission is normally only $12 anyway, but veterans get a discount – just $7. 🙂

I’m glad we went out. It was good to do something while I’m still feeling okay.

Good night, all, & God bless.

What's all this?

I’ve consolidated my health updates to friends & family from other sites for convenience.

GoFundMe & MyLifeLine were super-easy to use, but I didn’t want folks to feel compelled to donate while reading the latest news.

If you do feel prompted to help, use this link – they take no cut, so all of your gift goes to pay down expenses.

Better yet, why not hire me to do something great for your organization?

I’m going to add a link to expenses here pretty soon.  It’s crazy –
